Eddie Armstrong is co-founder and CEO of Armstrong & Davis Consulting, and founder of the Eddie Armstrong Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization which focuses on providing scholarships to minority students from single-parent households so they can attend the University of Arkansas.

Mr. Armstrong’s commitment to helping young people began early. While still attending high school in his hometown of Little Rock Arkansas , Eddie was selected as a national spokesperson for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. At the University of Arkansas , he was the second African American in its history to be elected Student Body President. After graduating with a degree in Political Science, Eddie Armstrong worked as a specialist in government affairs for Tyson Foods, Inc. and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. 

In 2005, Eddie Armstrong dedicated his time to developing the non-profit foundation that bears his name. Armstrong’s focus remains on delivering on a personal promise to award high school students a Scholarship for $20,000, Mr. Armstrong joined with Mr. Kim Davis to form the successful company, Armstrong & Davis Consulting. Eddie Armstrong was honored as one of Ebony Magazine’s 2008 Young Leaders of the Future and was featured in Denzel Washington’s book, A Hand To Guide Me. 

Mr. Armstrong is a strong advocate for curving on Juvenile Delinquency, and developing dynamic character traits in the lives of America children to become productive citizens of society.  He spends a great deal of his time engaging in issues around diversity & inclusion, and youth leadership,  as our society becomes increasingly multicultural  He speaks widely to a diverse mixture of audiences, primarily youth, and also serves as a consultant to government affairs for corporations, and non –profit organizations.

Mr. Armstrong is a sought-after public speaker who has appeared at major venues with notable celebrities, stressing in his presentations the need to nurture individual talents, foster diversity, and reinforce self-respect and responsibility toward others.

Eddie Armstrong’s inclusive approach to problem solving and his passion for motivation and team-building have made him a leader in business and a national role model, but his greatest satisfaction comes from knowing he is offering young people the opportunity and tools they need to build a solid future and make a positive difference in the world.
